Order Tracking Policy for PresentSpark

At PresentSpark, we understand you're excited to receive your order. This policy explains how you can track your package and what to expect during the shipping process.
1. When Will I Receive Tracking Information?
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier's website.
2. How to Track Your Order
You can track your order using the following methods:

Carrier's Website: Copy the tracking number from your email and paste it on the official website of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx).

Your Account: Log into your PresentSpark account and view the order status in your order history.
3. Understanding Tracking Status
Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system after the shipping label is created. Common statuses include:

Label Created: We've prepared your order for pickup by the carrier.

In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier's network.
- •
Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive soon.

Delivered: Your package has been delivered to your address.
4. What If My Tracking Doesn't Update?
If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 5 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please:

Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
