A: Yes! We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over a specific amount (e.g., $50). The current threshold is always displayed on our website banner and at checkout.

Q3: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Delivery time then depends on your chosen shipping method. An estimated delivery date will be provided during checkout. You will also receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q4: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Costs and delivery times are calculated based on your location during checkout.

Q5: How can I check the status of my order?

A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this link to track your package's journey in real-time. If you created an account, you can also view your order history and status by logging in.

Q6: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We can only modify or cancel an order if it has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Please contact us immediately at gritcwy@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q7: What payment methods do you accept?

Q9: How do I start a return or exchange?

Q10: When will I receive my refund?

A: Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process the refund, and additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect it on your statement.
