1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. All original tags and labels must be attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Any product not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items clearly marked as final sale (e.g., clearance items).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Get Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns received without an RA number may not be processed.

Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds

Inspection Required: All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the returned item shows signs of use or is not in resalable condition.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. All sale items are considered final sale.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or incorrect due to our error. For all other cases, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
