Order Tracking Policy

At PresentSpark, we know that waiting for your new solar gear is the hardest part. We are committed to keeping you in the loop from the moment you hit "Checkout" to the moment your package arrives at your door.

1. When Will I Get My Tracking Number?

  • In-Stock Orders: Once our team packs and hands your order over to the carrier (usually within 1-3 business days), you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a live tracking link.

  • Pre-Orders: If you secured a unit from an upcoming batch (e.g., our Pre-Order sizes), your tracking email will be sent the moment your specific batch begins shipping.

2. How to Track Your Package

  • The Easiest Way: Simply click the live tracking link inside your Shipping Confirmation Email. It will take you directly to the carrier’s tracking page for real-time updates.

  • Account Login: If you created an account at checkout, you can log in at PresentSpark at any time to view your order history and live tracking status.

3. Understanding Your Tracking Status

Please note that after you receive your tracking email, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to perform the initial scan and update their online system.

  • 💡 A Note on Customs (For US & CA Customers): Because we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), if you see a tracking status mentioning "Customs Clearance," do not worry! We have already pre-paid all necessary duties and taxes. Your package will smoothly pass through without any surprise charges or actions required from you.

4. What If My Tracking Is "Stuck"?

When packages travel long distances, they occasionally experience a few days of "radio silence" while moving between major regional hubs.

  • If your tracking hasn't updated for 3-5 days, don't panic. It is perfectly normal and likely just in transit to the next scanning facility.

  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us. We will personally step in, investigate with the carrier, and ensure you get your order.
