Q: Do I need to hire an electrician or run wires to install this? A: Not at all! Our solar numbers are 100% wire-free and fully self-sustaining. You can easily install them yourself in under 10 minutes using the included mounting screws and drilling template. No hardwiring, no electrician fees.

Q: Will it survive harsh winters, heavy rain, or extreme heat? A: Absolutely. Our products are engineered for the wild. They feature an IP65 waterproof rating and are built with commercial-grade materials to withstand freezing snow, spring downpours, and scorching summer sun.

Q: Do I have to turn the light on and off every day? A: No, it’s completely automatic. It features a built-in smart dusk-to-dawn sensor. Simply switch it to the "ON" position during your initial installation, and it will automatically light up at night and turn off to recharge during the day.

Q: Where can I install these sizes? A: * 9-Inch: Perfect for the main house wall or garage exterior. Highly visible from the street.

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Expedited options may also be available at checkout depending on your location.

Q: Will I be charged hidden customs, duties, or extra taxes upon delivery? A: No hidden fees! For our customers in the US and Canada, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all necessary taxes and customs duties are handled by us before the package arrives. You will not pay a single cent more at your door.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location (usually 5-10 business days for North America). You will receive an email with a live tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility.
