At PresentSpark, we stand behind the quality of our solar products. We want you to feel 100% confident in upgrading your home’s exterior. If things don’t work out, our small but mighty team is here to make it right—fairly, quickly, and transparently.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you receive your order and decide it’s not the perfect fit for your home or RV, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of permanent installation damage, and ideally in its original packaging.
2. The PresentSpark Weatherproof Guarantee 🛡️
We engineer our products to survive the wild. If your solar numbers fail to operate correctly due to normal weather exposure (heavy rain, freezing snow, or summer heat) within the first year, we will replace them. Simply email us a photo or short video of the issue, and our team will quickly send a replacement so your home stays illuminated.
3. Arrived Damaged or Defective?
While we pack every order with care, shipping accidents occasionally happen. If your package arrives damaged, or if the product has a manufacturing defect straight out of the box, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately issue a replacement at absolutely no cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return or Claim
We don't use frustrating automated return portals. To start a return, simply email a real human on our team:

Important: Please include your 4-digit Order Number in the subject line and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. If the item is defective or damaged, please attach a clear photo.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong size sent, or a Weatherproof Guarantee claim), we cover 100% of the costs and will send you a replacement directly.
If the return is a standard "change of mind" (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or decided you no longer need it), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal or your Credit Card). Please note: It may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account after we have processed the refund.
