Shipping & Delivery Policy

At PresentSpark, we know you are excited to upgrade your home’s curb appeal (or RV!). That’s why our small but mighty team works diligently to ensure your order is processed quickly, packed securely, and delivered reliably to your door.

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: All standard orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Pre-Orders: If you purchase an item marked as "Pre-Order" (e.g., our NEW 6.7" and 4.3" sizes), your entire order will ship together on the estimated shipping date provided on the product page.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, here is when you can expect it to arrive:

  • United States & Canada: 5 - 10 business days.

  • Other International Destinations: 7 - 14 business days. (Note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.)

3. NO Hidden Fees (Customs & Duties) 🛡️

Nobody likes surprise charges at the door. That is why we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to all our customers in the United States and Canada. We cover all customs clearances, import duties, and taxes in advance. The price you see at checkout is the absolute final price—you will not pay a single cent more upon delivery.

4. How to Track Your Order

As soon as your package is handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a live tracking link. You can follow your package's journey every step of the way.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We pack our commercial-grade solar numbers to withstand the journey, but we know rough transit happens.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at gritcwy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your Order Number and a quick photo of the damage, and we will rush a free replacement to you immediately.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, reach out to our team. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, dispatch a replacement.
